Cookie Policy.

What we store in your browser, what each category is for, and how to change your mind at any time.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies — local storage and small tracking pixels in email — do the same job. We use them to keep you signed in, to remember your choices, and to understand how our own site is used.

Strictly necessary

These make the site work and cannot be switched off from here. They keep you signed in to your SiteBop account, keep a form submission secure, remember your cookie choice, and route your requests to the right place. Without them, signing in and paying would not work.

Performance and analytics

These help us count visits, see which pages are read and find pages that error. We use them in aggregate to improve the site, and we do not use them to build advertising profiles.

Functional

These remember preferences so the site behaves the way you left it — things like your last-used view, a dismissed notice, or the details of the request you started so you do not have to type them twice.

Advertising

We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share cookie data for anyone else's advertising.

How to manage or disable cookies

You can accept or decline non-essential cookies using the notice shown on your first visit, and change that decision at any time with the button on this page.

You can also control cookies in your browser. Every major browser lets you see the cookies a site has set, delete them, block them from specific sites, or block them all — look for Privacy or Cookies in your browser settings. Blocking all cookies will sign you out and stop some parts of the site working.

  • Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies
  • Safari: Settings > Privacy, or Safari > Settings > Privacy on a Mac
  • Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data
  • Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions

Emails and hosted customer sites

Our emails may include a small pixel that tells us whether a message was opened and which links were clicked, so we know a result actually reached you. Websites we host for plan customers follow this same policy unless that customer publishes their own.
